Contact
Sorted Finance is a compact education project. The surest way to reach us is email—whether a calculator behaves oddly, a checklist step feels off, a glossary note needs sharpening, a guide link is dead, or a page fails to load. Give us enough context that we can recreate what you saw.
Helpful subjects look like “Tool: loan calculator,” “Checklist: debt order,” “Glossary: APR,” or “Guide: refinance basics,” plus one sentence on the issue.
Topics we can take on
- An estimate that seems inconsistent with the exact inputs you used
- A typo, stale sample, or muddy paragraph in a guide
- A checklist item that clashes with another Sorted Finance page
- A glossary blur that should be clearer or more careful
- A dead link or a route that will not open
Topics outside our remit
We cannot sit as your financial, tax, or legal counselor. We cannot review applications, choose products on your behalf, or tell you whether to refinance, invest, or reshape a repayment path. For advice about your household, talk with someone licensed for that work. Our financial disclaimer describes how far educational content goes—and where it stops.
Flagging a tool problem
Include the page address, the figures you typed, and what you expected versus what appeared on screen. Leave identity documents, bank or card numbers, and any login or recovery secrets out of the message. Checking a formula does not require that kind of material.
How quickly we reply
We open mail as bandwidth allows. Fixing Site errors comes before general money questions we are not allowed to answer as advice. If you reported a bug and have heard nothing after about a week, one polite follow-up is fine—please do not resend the same report many times.
