How the estimates work
Mortgage and loan tools use standard amortizing payment math. Compound-interest and investment tools grow a balance at a rate you choose. Credit-card payoff walks the balance month by month at a fixed APR. None of the outputs is a loan offer, rate lock, or investment recommendation.

Tips before you rely on a number
- Change one input at a time so you can see which assumption moves the result.
- Match rates and fees to a real disclosure or statement when you can.
- Run a slightly worse case (higher rate, lower return) as a quick stress test.
- Remember fees, insurance, taxes, and variable rates often sit outside these models.
